Otherwise known as Jools
Hi all,

I have come over from Lipotrim after losing 5 stone on there, and have about 4 more stone to go till I am happy, but I dont have the willpower for such an extreme diet any more so WW here I come and the best way to keep myself in track other than my personal tracker is to log it on here too..... so here goes.

Points allowance : 22

Tues 23/3/10

Breakfast:
2 Shredded Wheat, Skimmed Milk, Artifical Sweetner and a Banana = 4

Lunch:
2 slices of brown bread, half small tin of pink salmon, cucumber and Monster Munch crisps = 6

Dinner:
3 thin Richmond Sausages grilled, Super Noodles = 8

Well done on your great loss so far! Hopefully ww can get you the rest of the way too
 
Weds 24th March:

B - Shredded Wheat, Milk, Sweetner, and a banana - 4
L - Fish and Chips (at the seaside - blown the points but had a great day) - 18
 
Thursday 25.3.10

4 slices Brown Bread, Wafer thin chicken, Salad - 6.5
WW Choc Biscuit 1.5
WW Caramel Wafer x 2 - 3

Nandos Med Salad, Portoguese Roll, Grilled Cheese - 10.5

WW Yoghurt 0.5
