Having now noticed that, I am going to try and become regularly aquainted with the number 3.

3.5 pounds next week will give me my 3.5 stone sticky. Spooky! LOL

A few weeks ago on week 33 my total loss was 3 stone 3lb and I am 33 years old!! I like spooky statistics!!LOL!X

That is spooky! Maybe 3 is a lucky SW number. I kinda like it.
