Just placed my first order of Exante

Hi guys, so ive just placed my first order of exante i purchased the bumper pack online as compared to lipotrim its a fraction of the price and more variety.

I have never been on a total food replacement diet before so any advice you guys have to offer would be much appreciated i have done my research but its always nice to hear from people who are going through it.

It is my first VLCD too so cannot give advice but I have found it easier than I thought I would. ReAlly weird not being hungry but I'm not. Good luck and hope you have a good day tomorrow
