Just started and no loss :(

    Can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong?? :cry:

    ive been on slimming world for 1 week and 2 days and i dont think i have lost anything! :(

    my typical day is:

    morning- banana
    Lunch - homemade soup or a baked pot and beans
    snacks - skips and kitkat
    dinner - packet of broc and cheese baxters pasta n sauce (made with milk as HEa) and 28g of cheese
    and i eat fruit throughout the day, like berries and orange. maybe a muller light too...

    i have also done a wok out DVD 3 times this week ! i must be doing something wrong?

    are baxters pastas completely free??

    do you have to do red days too??

    Sounds silly but you said "I don't think I've lost anything"... what do the scales say?

    Your menu looks fine, and you should have a good loss with it.. maybe include more vegetables? x

    Hi Techno,

    You have to give this a fighting chance. You need to stick to the plan for at least 4 weeks to begin with and then review your results. SW isnt a quick fix where you're going to see the lbs drop off after a week or so, give your body time to sort itself out and you WILL see results.

    Are you at class ? Have you been weighed ??

    Keep with it, it really does work and works well :)

    hi! well done on getting started. Do you eat breakfast? I always hated eating first thing but now do ( I actually eat far more than i used to now i'm following SW!!) Are you going to class?
    Let us know how you get on, it will start to come off if you follow the plan:)
