Hi I have been looking at this plan, currently doing sw but fed up with it, how are you finding it xx
I love Scottish Slimmers... it’s completely different to SW and counting check values for everything you eat does take some getting used to. But I love the fact that you have to count pasta, potatoes etc as it really makes you have a balanced diet. I felt with SW you could ‘pig out’ on pasta, SW chips, fat free yogurt which I’m my opinion isn’t a healthy thing to do.
