hi i've just picked up an old copy of rosemary conleys complete hip and thigh diet book seems quite oldish published in 1989 but looks interesting tried her newer one a while ago but its worth a shot so starting tomorrow i may start a diary as well.

hi , i have one of her older books and i think at that time the fat content per 100g was mentioned as 4% fat , but now the newer books say 5% i prefer the 5% as there are a few more things around to eat with 5% fat . and we can still lose weight :D
