just wondering if anybody knows if you can grill the chicken and fish on refeed because i read a section in the refeed forum and all it mentions is steamed boiled and fried in a little water and i was planning on getting a george foreman grilling machine hope somebody could help.

as long as you dont add extra oil to it you should be fine. just make sure that the meat is trimmed

I grilled my chicken on the George Forman and I used the frylite spray just to wet the plates, I still lost weight and the most important thing was the chicken was beautiful.
