Love the idea of being able to record the progress, so apologies for the ramblings in advance 
I did Lighterlife about 7 years ago so I kind of know what to expect with Exante and I'm hoping I can maintain this to achieve my goals.
1st Goal is to loose 20lb before 6th March. We fly to Italy on 7th March to stay with our friends for a weeks holiday. I haven't been out to Italy for 6 years and last time I was there I was 5 stone lighter
2nd Goal is to loose another 10lb before 10th April as that's the day I turn 40 :flirt2: I really want to be be able to wear a size 16 dress for my birthday...
7th Jan is day one and so far I've had a banana shake which was ok.
I think my hardest challenge this week is going to be going without milk in my tea. I'm a real tea addict and normally have 5 or 6 cups during the working day.... so far I've had 2 cups of black tea. Not great but not too bad either, hopefully I'll get used to it.
