Ok - thought I would put down my nibbles so I can kept a check on what I am eating.

Red day:
Breakfast: Fresh Fruit and Muller Light yogurt - FREE
Mid Morning: Banana - FREE
Mid Morning: Celery - FREE
Lunch: Salad, Cottage Cheese (VLF), Chicken pieces - FREE
Mid afternoon: Apple - FREE
Mid afternoon: Iced Gems - Syns think these are 5 syns
Dinner: Salad and Pork loin FREE
Healthy A : Milk for coffee (2 cups of)
Healthy B : Wholemeal Bread Roll

Thats it for today - hopefully I have done this right - I know, I hope someone out there will tell me if I have got it right (or wrong)

Thanks Eternalflame - milk is semi skimmed and is just a little in my cup of coffee in the morning and one at night time rest of time I either have black coffee or Peppermint tea.

Also thanks Debjk - I'll probably have some dairy lea cheese (if theres any left- with salad tonight. not sure about another B will have to have a look to see what I can have.

Never eaten so much - still when I got on the scales Sat Morn I had lost 6 and 1/2 lbs - YAY... But we had our local Fate so had to have a couple of Pimms!! would of been rude not too.

Roll on lunch - I'm hungry now...

Ok todays scores on the doors

Breakfast: Fruit and yogurt - Free
Mid Morn: Alpen Light Cereal Bar HEXB
Lunch: Pasta with cherry toms, cucumber, spring onion, and some Quorn chicken slices (FREE?) mixed with 2 tsps of salsa (syns not sure how much)
Fruit and yogurt (cherry with Choc one (2Syns?)
Mid afternoon: Apple and packet of Light choices preztels ( Syns 5?)
Dinner: Poached Eggs (FREE) on toast (HEXB)with B.Beans (FREE)

Total syns: 7 ish I think -perhaps someone can check for me ?

Need to check my syns before I have anything else.

I think I have 2 A's - so will look through the book to see what I can have...

Yep easy peasy - I mainly stick to Red/Green Days as I get confused on the extra easy.

Had a cream cake yesterday (birthdays in the office should be banned) - it was 13 syns - so total yesterday was about 18 syns if I calculated everything correctly.

Todays munchies:
Bkft: Fruit and Yogurt
Mid Morn: Alpen bar HEXB
Lunch: Salad, chicken and cottage cheese (I assume the stuff fromTescos light choices is still FREE)
Followed by Fruit and yogurt.
Mid after: Apple and LC Preztels (5 syns - could someone check this for as not sure if this is correct per 100g 375cals, Protein 10.6g, Carbs 78.0g fat 2.3g Sat Fats 0.2g - and its a 25g bag)
Dinner: Mustard chicken with loads of free veg.
Afters: mmmn not sure.

Thanks EF - As I put a huge dollop into my salad bowl.

I know somewhere someone has said that Cadbury flake are 2.5 syns is this the treat size - surely its not for the full size one? not got book so can't check...

You can get the H/E one and add your fruit to it, as long as its fresh, you can add mango, apple and pineapple to it and have as much as you want. Hope that helps KK :D xx​

Bit late logging on - but here is todays menu:


Breakfast: Fruit and yogurt FREE-with 28g Sultana Bran HEXB
Mid Morn: Alpen Light Cereal Bar HEXB
Lunch: Pasta with cherry toms, cucumber, spring onion, and some Quorn chicken slices (FREE?) mixed with 2 tsps of salsa (syns not sure how much)
Fruit and yogurt (FREE)
Mid afternoon: Apple and Pear packet of French Fries 4.5 Syns
Dinner: Jkt Spud cottage cheese and salad - FREE

Exercise will be Pilates.

Hopefully I will lose weight on Sat - can't wait for weigh in

I know! Don't have alot of milk - but thinking tonight I can either have a milky coffee or some Low low cheese....how scrummy.

Well last nights tea was scrummy CC and Jkt Spud -yum

Here todays: Green Day (well I think)
Bkft: as normal Fruit/yoghurt and HEXB Suktana Bran - 28g
Lunch: mm going to friends house think she is making me a sandwich but not sure what type - so this may be counted as syns todaqy.
Dinner: Egg, SW Chips and Beans - yum....
Inbetween: Fruit and more fruit....

Can't wait for WI tomorrow feel I've lost loads!
