Day 2, feeling good albeit tired. Did Bikram yoga this morning for 90mins, boy was it hot!
Roll on tomorrow and Saturday, although Im dreading Sunday as Im working all day!

1 day at a time!
 
I'm a big advocate of power walking. Doing it an hour every second day, with my heart rate monitor on. Can hit 700-900 calories Atari time. Plus it's kind on the knees and ankles
