Today marks the start of tracking my food dairy here on Minimins for my new slimming world plan - Extra Easy plan and I am going for it on my own, with a little help from my friends. This is my second week on the program.
B: FF Cottage Cheese and Raspberries - Coffee black with Agave (is this a syn?)
L: salmon sushi - 6 pieces
D: 4 bean soup with tomato - Kaki Fruit
S: All Bran Cereal w/ skim milk Hexa-b
