    Hi all,
    As an avid reader of this forum over the last few weeks, it's about time I started my own diary.
    I have lost 3st 1/2lb on SW since August and have hit a bit of a brick wall. I need some support to get me past the last stone and a bit.
    After a 2.5lb gain tonight, I will be starting my food diary tomorrow:)

    Don't forget tho', we all have blips from time to time, wouldn't be human otherwise! So don't beat yourself up when it happens, just keep relaxed, take a deep breath and carry on a.s.a.p. Nothing worse than a whole lot of angst to stop the weight from coming off and it is then so much easier to put yourself back into gear.

    Ok, here goes. Will try to plan meals in advance. Working a wee short 6 hour shift tomorrow so will get some time at the gym and pool in too :)

    S skimmed milk
    Mandarin
    L uncle ben's express chicken rice 2.5
    Sweet chilli chic
    Rocket, tomatoes, onion

    Apple, kiwi
    S morrisons toffee less than 1% fat yog
    D aldi Thai salmon fishcake with sweet
    Chilli sauce, rocket, tomatoes.
    Ainsley harriott chilli cous cous 2 syns

    Well, so far so good today! Why am I so hungry? Don't want any superfree food and am trying to control the biscuit demons!
    Aldi less than 70% fat cereal bar, 3 syns
    Just not hitting the spot :-(

    Is that not what the super free foods are for - so that you can have something at these sort of times?
    Not doing SW but am a bit puzzled about using everything you can to stave off the hunger pangs.

    Just a thought...:D

    I have done it again! Managed to wolf my way through far too many syns once again and now feeling awful.
    So, yesterday was
    B shreddies Heb
    1% milk Hea
    L bacon
    2 eggs
    2 quorn sausages
    Beans
    Mixed berries
    Dr oetker fat free vanilla yoghurt

    So far so good. Then it all goes wrong!!!

    S. Taxi biscuit 6 syns
    Another taxi biscuit 6 syns

    D. Chinese chicken curry with noodles 11 syns

    S. Another taxi biscuit 6 syns

    So a grand total of 29 syns for yesterday.
    Lessons to be learnt!!:
    Don't buy biscuits for the kids I like
    Be more prepared for dinner. This must stop. NOW!!!
    Off to body pump now so hopefully will burn some cals off at that.
