Thursday 22nd July ( green)

B- 2 x weetabix (HEB) and milk(HEA)

snack- 2 x alpen lights (HEB)

melon
mullerlight
banana
2 x apples

coffee with a splash of semi in, so have poured away some of my HEA

D- fried rice/ brown rice/spring onions/broccoli/corn/red onion and an egg beaten through it

total 0% with tsp honey (1syn)

galaxy 12.5 syns for later yum yum with my milky decaff coffee ( rest of HEA)

Friday 23rd July (green)

L- baked spud and baked beans

D- slimming world chips,'fried' egg and mushie peas

L- 2 egg omelette with 21g reduced fat cheese ( 1/2 HEA)

d- beansprouts/chicken/spring onions and carrot stir fried with light soy sauce

Galaxy bubbles ( 8.5 syns)/milky coffee with rest of HEA milk

Slim pickings....shopping day tomorrow and was using up what was left in the fridge

Sunday 25th July ( still not sure yet)

Not hungry today, feel a bit sick. Hope i am not coming down with something

Monday 26th July ( red )

Weigh in today and .5lb on...whats that all about? Im attributing it to these three things
1) the scales were in a different place, we had group in a different building
2) I needed the loo ( *whispers* for a poo)
3) I didnt eat enough last week.

Tuesday 27th July ( red)

Have had a minor tummy upset today, nothing too bad but appetite has been absent most of the day

B- 2 x wholemeal (HEB) 1 tsp honey (1 syn) and a banana

D- salad and loin chop all fat cut off

feeling a bit better so gonna have a muller light and some jelly in a bit.

Going to the cinema tonight, not going to get anything to eat except my friend is getting a bag of minstrels so if someone can tell me how many are in a small bag and i will stick to that for my syns.

Ok i looked about 15 minstrels are 42g and 10.5 syns..... That will do me nicely

Sunday 1st august ( Disaster day)

So we were off to Birmingham for the day today so i made the conscious decision to not have and HEX before lunch so i could be adaptable

Soooooo

B- strawberries/0% total and 1 tsp honey (1syn)

Then I had some melon on the train

Then i had 4 mccoys crisps and about 6 quavers and the end bit ( about 2cm of a boost)

Arrghhhhhh

Then when we had met up, there was over 20 of us and we were herded to wagamamas in the Bullring in Bham...Not very SW friendly so i had Cha Han...like a fried rice with chicken and loads of veggies....Not so bad for an EE but the syns will have been in the oil used for stir frying... :cry:

Then i felt full and sick :-(

So i had on the way home while my kids had BK, a banana and two apples

Just having a milky coffee (HEA) and had a rocky biscuit.

Not as bad as it could have been...trust me i had to run past the ben and jerrys stall...

Putting it down to a flexi syn day and am determined to be 100% for the next 3 weeks when we go away

WI tomorrow. Would be happy with a STS...even tho i put 1/2lb on last week

Weigh in -1lb so really -1/2lb after last weeks 1/2 lb gain. Least i got it off.

Don't worry love it looks like you are doing really well apart from the rare slip up like we all make. Mine was yesterday and lets just say involved a hangover and an indian takeaway x
