Kingleds Food Diary - help needed!

Brekkie: red onion & cheese (hea) omlette with tomatoes & mushrooms

Lunch: Leftover chilli, hm hummus (0.5 syns), carrot, celery, cucumber sticks

Dinner: chicken shish kebab with 2 tblespoons el mayo (1 syn) pitta (8 syns) had a disaster cooking dinner :(

Snack: 2 butterscotch hifi bars (HEB)

Total syns: 9.5 syns but won't be having anymore just in case kebab is less lean than i am counting,

Lunch: HM Tomato & Lentil Soup (carrot, onion, tinned tomatoes, red split lentils)

Dinner: HM SW lamb rogan josh with rice (garlic, onions, tinned toms). Bowl of fruit with 100g raspberry sorbet (5.5 syns)

snacks: Mikado white chocie sticks (5 syns)

Dinner: sw pizza topped chicken with paprika wedges & salad

Syns: trying to stick to 5 today to compensate a bit for yesterday so will prob have merigue with fruit & squirty cream tonight.

Dinner: Bolognese made with ex lean mince, onion, red onion, garlic, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, with Pasta and cheese (hea)

Syns: used some olive oil spray (1 syn) tin of anchovies (1 syn) and 1 level tablespoon tom ketcup (1 syn) in the Bolognese sauce.

Am now so stuffed i can't think if what to have with the rest of my syns so will probably have some easter egg for 6.5 syns

Disappointed @ weigh in as STs but having spoken to my C seems that i calculated syns wrong on the pizza the other day. Apparently it was more like 60 syns not 25!! So on that basis STS is not too bad! New day tomorrow. Starting from stratch & have the new mag so will be going food shopping @ the weekend to buy stuff for all the lovely recipes!
