Ok so I stayed the same this week. I felt really poorly all afternoon - terrible stomach ache, nausea, amongst other nasties. I've either eaten something dodgy, or my Crohn's is playing silly *******. So a STS is more than fine with me.

I also came home from weigh in and lay on the sofa...so no omelette for me. I just had a couple of bits of dry toast and now am off to bed.

Hopefully I'll be feeling better tomorrow (better be, I want to go to the gym).

STS is good :) Especially as you were worried about your "bad" weekend. With you not feeling well this week you will probbaly see a bigger loss next week too :D x
 
Morning all. Feeling better today, although tummy is still a bit tender.

Food diary for today (planned anyway)

Tuesday 12th October - Green Day

Breakfast - Porridge from Pret. Have looked this up and it's 10 syns so I'm going to to call 6 of those my Hex B 1, and count 4 syns for it (probably cheating a little bit but meh).

Snacks - Banana and raisins (2 syns)

Lunch - Jacket potato with cheese (42g low fat - Hex A 1). Natural yoghurt (ff) with honey (1 syn).

Dinner - Onion, mushroom, pepper and sweetcorn omelette with tomato ketchup (1 syn).

Snacks - Banana and mug shot before gym.

Hex A 1 - 350ml skimmed milk
Hex B 1 - 42g low fat cheese
Hex B 2 - 2 x wholemeal toast

Syns - 8.

Thanks Lou, feeling MUCH better today!

Managed to go to the gym last night for a light workout. Just did 20 mins on x-trainer (240 kcal) and 20 mins walking on treadmill (185 kcal).

Wednesday 13th October - Extra Easy

Breakfast - 2 x Weetabix Chocolate (Hex B + 2 syns), Banana and 150ml of skimmed milk (Hex A - remainder to be used later).

Snack - Pear, Chocolate (2 syns)

Lunch - Thai Mug Shot (1/2 syn), Sardines in Tomato Sauce, salad leaves and Cous cous. Salad cream light (2 syns). Natural Yoghurt with honey (1 syn).

Dinner - Syn free cottage pie (mash made with cottage cheese with chives and remaining Hex A milk).

Trying to cut my tea consumption down to two cups a day (one in the morning, one when I get home), so am sticking to peppermint tea.

Hex A - 350ml skimmed milk
Hex B - 2 x Weetabix chocolate
Syns - 7.5.

I swear I'd written a food diary earlier! It's disappeared. Let's try again.

Thursday 14th October - Green Day

Breakfast - 2 x Weetabix Chocolate (Hex B 1 + 2 syns), banana and milk from allowance (350ml skimmed, Hex A 1).

Lunch - Baked potato with beans.

Dinner - Omelette with three eggs, 42g low fat cheddar (Hex B 2), onions, peppers, Tomato ketchup (1 syn).

Snacks - Rich tea (2 syns), 2 x Marshmallows (1 syn). Pre dinner snack of Mug Shot and cottage cheese.

My posts sometimes seem to disappear too! Strange. Your food always looks so much more interesting than mine lol. I really need to start being more adventurous

After my pick n mix this afternoon, I didn't really fancy a big dinner so I just had some cottage cheese, baked cod and mixed veg instead :)

Syns for the week so far - 36.5.

Probably won't get chance to update the diary tomorrow but this is the plan for tomorrow.

Saturday 16th October - Extra Easy

Breakfast - Banana, FF Natural Yoghurt, Honey (1 syn).

Lunch - Deluxe sushi from Pret (5 syns), piece of fruit.

Dinner - TBC.

Ok, so actual diary for yesterday was...

Saturday 16th October - Green Day

Breakfast - Banana and Activia snackpot Cherry

Lunch - Veggie sushi selection and sushi snack pack (1.5 syns) and pineapple.

Dinner - Chick pea dhal, sag aloo (Hex B - olive oil) and rice.

Hex A 1 - 350ml skimmed milk
Hex B 1 - olive oil tbsp
Hex B 2 - sort of didn't have one

Syns - Lager (8 syns), Taster of biscuit (1 syn), Chocolate (2 syns), Small piece of chicken in sauce (2 syns), 3 x Percy Pigs (4.5 syns) = 17.5 syns.

So that's 52 syns for the week. Want to try to stick to 56 syns this week (8 per day) so 4 for today.

Sunday 17th October - Extra Easy Day

Breakfast - 2 x Weetabix Chocolate (2 syns), milk from Hex A allowance (350ml skimmed).

Lunch - Mugshot, ham and banana. Activia snackpot.

Dinner - syn free roast potatoes, lean steak, carrots (glazed with honey - 1 syn), green beans and syn free mushroom sauce. Natural ff yoghurt with half options mixed in (1 syn)

Hex A - 350ml skimmed milk
Hex B - Weetabix
Syns - Choc weetabix (2 syns), honey (1 syn), options (1 syn).

Gym today too, shall update what I do later.

Monday 18th October - Green Day (weigh in day)

Breakfast - 2 pieces of WW Bread (2/3 Hex B 1), Light butter (1.5 syn), honey (1 syn), banana.

Snack - Skinny latte (Hex A 1), Haribo (5 syns)

Lunch - Superspeed soup, 1 piece of WW bread (1/3 Hex B 1), Grapefruit.

Dinner - Left over roast potatoes, chick pea dhal.

Pre tennis snack - 2 x rich tea (4 syns).

Syns - 11.5
Hex A 1 - 350ml skim milk
Hex B 1 - 3 x WW bread
Hex B 2 - ?????

Bit nervous about weigh in. I've been really good food wise this week but haven't exercised as much as I would have liked and it's * week, although it doesn't tend to affect me normally.
