Have had the worst day. Feeling depressed about weight (having felt great on Friday). Got this big party coming up at the weekend, and tried dress on. look a minger. Gutted. Still, have managed to have a reasonable day on sw, stuck to it, but felt crap all day about it. Hoping good day today will lead to good tomorrow etc etc. Shifting another couple of pounds for Friday would probably make me feel a bit better for party. really just want to ball up with a box of chocolates though. i so hate being fat.

Not a good weekend - AGAIN!!!- need to get a couple of pounds back off I think, so am going to have mainly reds this week, see if that helps.

Spent all day on Saturday listening to my MIL talking about my sister-in-law's dramatic weight loss. She's doing really well, and I'm so pleased for her, but no-one noticed my loss at all. Gutted!!! Think I'm goijng to set myself a mini target too...

Right. Time to get back to it. Center parcs in ten weeks, with skinny SIL, so have ten weeks to focus and lose a stone. I got a Wii for Christmas, and a wii fit for my birthday yesterday so hoping to get motivated.

Am going to try to follow the new plan, as much as I can work it out without it being official yet....

Feeling positive, although missed out breakfast today and was starving all day....how to have a cereal now there's only one HXB, which I like to save for alpen lights or ryvita minis....Anyone know?

Also, made the mistake of weighing myself today, fully clothed, but have put on at least 5 lbs over xmas and really thought I'd got away with less. Boo!

Bad day today. Feeling let down by gain yesterday, although know logically that I can't let that get me down as it includes Crimbo and af.
