Good day? Yes. Have always hated red days, but getting better with them, and definitely feeling less bloated. Am loving the ability to have a bar of chocolate at the end of the day too!!!

As Ive said to you in an email, if you really are struggling, just do the 1 week and see how it goes.

Meal options look great though and you are drinking plenty which is important.

Mmm...I had a salad pitta. And about ten chips. Not great but not as disastrous as it could have been, and feel ready to carry on now. Weigh in tomorrow (if I can get to work). Very excited. Think I may have lost about four pounds!!!!

Do you think lunch will have effect if I had ff meal tonight?
