Exercise- OMG i went cycling for 1hour and it bloody killed me.Haven't ridde since the 70s so i was mega scared and wobby, but soon got used to it and really enjoyed it but my backside is absolutely killing me!!! will prob be really suffering tomorrw

Its Saturday and here's my food diary for the day. Went to WW on thutsday and so gutted to have put on 1.5lbs :cry:Ive gpt 3 weeks left till my holiday and i really want to lose 6 pounds by then. I need to get back to the gym cos i dont lose any weight by just dietng and doing no exercise, so am gonna try really hard from now on

Today is sunday 10th November. Thought i'd better start up my diary again Its been a hectic few weeks, just got back from a lovely hoiday in tenerife and i am about 8 pounds heavier after eating and drinking like a pig for a couple of weeks!! So here we go again. Still on 22 points a day....
