LazarusD - so far :)

hey yeah i start on step on friday. i just thought i would give a ss+ day a go and it really was like a feast haha only 2 eggs and 80g of lettuce but i was so full :D will def keep this updated with my experiances with food going forward from next week as i plan to spend a week on each step and move up as im about a stone of my new goal
 
You've done amazingly well done!!

I'm pulling myself back on the wagon after a naughty weekend. I have 2 more WI's / 11 days to lose as much as possible.. Only 5lb from goal but will be exceptionally lucky if I sts this week! Would love to be at goal or very very close by 21st when I have my tattoo finished! xx

I know the feeling! I had a chicken breast last week, not even full size and I was stuffed, like I'd eaten a Christmas dinner, made me realise how greedy I could actually be!

I'm doing SS. Week 4 weigh in tomorrow but I'm eating chicken or an egg when I feel hungry. I've not had many (chicken twice, some tuna and an egg this afternoon). I'm only eating them after I've considered if I'm belly hungry or head hungry, if it's head hungry I leave it (usually is!)

I love it most of the time and my shakes do fill me up x

:O 245g of chicken is sooooo much lol just finished my first step 2 meal and I feel sick lol so much food I think I might have to reduce the amount a bit
 
my cdc is doing something on thursday so i have to wait a whole extra day for weigh in :O haha im coming to the end of my cambridge time :D and tbh im getting bored of it and really just want to get back to life in general. my boyf has been amazing this past 12 weeks and has barely moaned about not going out to eat and socialise with friends (hes tiny lol about 10st something) but im starting to feel bad for him. ive been on step 2 since last thursday and its been so easy. i visited my mothers yesterday (shes my second biggest supporter) but shes also a feeder lol. i asked her to make my chicken salad and she just kept asking if i want extra this and that. i didnt but hey i feel awesome and this forum is awesome. thanks ladies <3

I'm also frustrated by the delay in your Weigh in! I am having my step 2 week next week and want to know whether weight can be lost on it when We are nearer to goal weight. If all goes well I could stay on it.
I am also getting a bit bored - particularly not being able to have a drink at the weekend.
 
hey so i had my 12th weigh in today and after my week of step 2 i had a 5lb loss :D im happy with that BOOM fat be gone
 
5lbs - bl**dy brilliant - I'm definitely doing 810 this week! You must be disappearing before bf's eyes! Hope you post some photos when you get to goal.
 
I will say that for the first 3 days I comp forgot to have my milk allowance lol :) and it just feels awesome to finally be doing it ya know x def get on 810 as long as you weigh everything it's all good
