Hope you are feel better than you have done the last few days.
Try to stick with it and it will get easier for you.
The problem is that most of the things we do are centred around food and once you have found something to distract you, you will be fine.

Ok things have been all over the place for me over the last week or so,as you know i have been finding it very hard at times :sigh: i know i really need to loose weight and for some reason i thought this diet would be easy boy was i wrong.I am in ketosis but i get to about 8.30 at nite and i feel hungery have been spliting my last shake but it doesnt help.I am just under 5 ft 8inch but i cant afford to buy extra packs.Can anybody think of something that would take the egde off.Lucyxx
 
Well done for getting thru another day - think of it as another day closer! Vx
