So I'm gonna start my own again today!
Find it easier to keep a track of my intake & people can tell me what I'm doing wrong or right whether I am losing or staying the same!
I had a big binge last weekend and have been back 10 solid days now!
I do it from home & gonna weigh on friday mornings the biggest I was, was 14.2 and I have no idea what ill be Friday morning!
So any comments & advice welcome
I'm on extra easy so Today...
Brekkie - x2 toast from 400g loaf, x2 eggs fried in fry light & half a tin of beans.
A banana.
Cup of tea with skimmed milk from allowance
Dinner - planned for work!
Bernard Matthews tikka turkey chunks (free)
Chicken pasta pot shot (0.5syn)
Banana & apple.
Tea - turkey bolegenese! Was no extra lean mince so got this and worked out 16 syns for whole 800g pack but the amount I have weighed out I have counted as 4 syns and even that is to make sure I'm safe!!
Full of mushrooms, peppers and onions mmmm!
Grapes, orange and a Turkish delight mullerlight
Exercise: no gym for today as work 9-8.30 hence a lot of food!
Syns: 4.5/15
May have some Chocolate later see how bad the day is!!
