- I will mention food here on a Wed, as I do roller derby training on those days, so move up to the 810 plan.
- I might be a moan sometimes, although I do try and stay positive
- sometimes I weigh frequently, sometimes no
- any deviations from plan will be hidden in white text, so if you don't want to see them, you don't have to unless you highlight the "hidden text"
- I will update my title to my current plan e.g 810, 1000 etc to give you a rough idea of where I'm headed
