Well the dress fit - hooray so I celebrated with pie chips and a galaxy. I am going to carry on with diet and excercise from today because I did have to breath in quite a bit to get into it and the lady did point out that with a couple more pounds it would fall better. I was so happy with it though! My Mum had a tear in her eye and that is so unlike her; she's a real toughy..

Can't excercise today as my legs need a rest - my calf is really sore and inflated from Wednesday's step aerobics.

Eggstremely bad weekend diet wise! as of yesterday was back to it.

Yesterday I had:

Ended up having far too many thorntons chocs left over from easter last night. Probably had about ten! :O
