hey libra :) how are you finding doing all green days? have you thought about mixing it up a bit and having the odd red day thrown in there? xx

Hi Emma-Louise, thinking of mixing things up a bit because not get the results I want on green so far. But don't eat meat so haven't really considered red. I have thought about trying EE but have seen some other thread where it stated that this perhaps was not really beneficial to a Veggie. What do you think? Should I give it a go?

i thought you must be a veggie, but i was wondering do you eat fish? if you do, id be tempted to try something like grilled fish with new potatoes/coucous or something as a HeB and plenty of veggies? :) i do mostly EE days and i am finding now after about 6 weeks that i have to try adding a red or green day in every now and again to see results, i think giving your body a bit of a shock now and then can be good for your metabolism but at the same time, if you dont eat meat or fish i can understand how red days could be quite difficult for you xx

Hi Emma-Louise, I used to eat fish but not eating it anymore. But thinking perhaps EE may work if I have to have 1/3 of plate with SF foods. But I enjoy my HEX's too much to lose one! Gonna try and up my SF everyday and see if that works! Also going to cut down on carbs as I think this is affecting my weight loss.

Well done on your 13lb loss. You must be feeling really different already xxx

Yes, the mushroom and quorn pasta bake was lovely. Having moussaka tonight which was one of my faves last time I did SW. Can't wait *drools into lap*!

Glad you are back at work. It can be tiring at first but slowly build up to it and take it easy. How come you were off work and how long have you been off, if that is not a too nosey question? xxx

Not at all, fractured my arm at water park last bank hol Monday in May and there you have it, off work, and bored to bits, but agree with going back slowly, as am shattered now. But that'll be better next week, I hope, lol.. With the Mousaka do you use qauark cheese in it or cheese sauce sachet? xx

oooohhh, sounds painful. Hope you are healing well. I am sure that as the weeks pass you will get into the routine again. Its funny because when we are at work we would like to be at home, and then when we are off work we can't wait to go back!

Moussaka - no quark or cheese sauce. It is made with Yogurt and an egg. Its nice because the top is very light and fluffy. From what I remember anyway!

Hi Libra.

We are definately a funny bunch of people us humans, lol.. off work and we hate it, if we are ill and in work as you said we wanna go home. Are we ever satisified, lol.. Its different when you plan a week off as you are ok to do whatever you've planned but through illness or an injury, thats just a right pain the jacksey, lol.

Been looking at your green days, I'd planned on doing EE today, but with no meat choices all day (just worked out like that) am doing a Green one today. I do prefer the HEB's on Red and Green too. But EE for me just gives me that option to go with both without all of the HE's.

Mousakka - hmm, might try that with yougurt.. on a red day.

Have a good one Libra x
