WI a day early today as will not be able to WI tomorrow. Lost 3.5lbs which I am really happy with. Onwards and downwards!

Brilliant WI Libra.. just think if you'd left it til your actual WI day.. you'd have lost 4lb! So whatever you are doing honey, carry on doing it as its sooo working for you. Really pleased for you xxx

P.S. You wouldn't have any idea of how many syns in a Starbucks Three bean and cheese wrap would you? Guessing it is going to be quite high! I have put a thread in syn values but no reply as yet.
 
Hi Libra.

No sorry, all I got was Cheese and Marmite Panin and that came to 15 syns on Green, Red and EE. I'm sure it wouldnt be that hight.. the beans would be free and the cheese I guess you'd have to use both B's, so just syn the wrap and couple of extra syns just in case..

Just called syns online to be sure as I love these wraps and :eek: they are 22 syns each! So with my HEXB of cheese I can reduce this down to 16 syns but going to have to be syn free for the rest of the day! Bang goes my curly wurly! xxx

Had it again yesterday EF, and it was yummy! I used tagliatelle yesterday and that worked well because the LCL coated it really nicely. (I also put in a little bit of milk to make the sauce go further) Let me know if you enjoy it! nom nom nom!
