I was like that with my bf when he first came on the c25kwith me I was so unfit and struggled so bad. But he jogged along side me.
Its slow to start with but the pace is soon increased and you wont believe how quick you will improve
I really hope so, I think running is something I'd really enjoy once I've built up the stamina, also there's some colleagues at work who run 6k twice a week and keep inviting me, so I'd like to be able to join them sometime in the future, that's my goal, don't want to run marathons but 6k twice a week would be amazing for me =)
