Hun which cereal did you have? Crunchynut Clusters or Crunchynut Cornflakes?
If it was crunchynut clusters they are sooo high! I love them but just can't stop at 1 bowl! lol
But if it was Crunchynut Cornflakes I wouldn't worry too much. An average 30g bowl is 2points. I just measured it into 1 of my bowls and I could only fit 60g in there and I would think with milk it would be overflowing!
It alldepends on the size of your bowls! lol
Sorry to hear you have had such a bad day. Hope there isn't anything wrong with your tummy, bloating that bad, sounds a bit worrying.
