Lipotrim to Exante No Loss? :(

    Hi guys..

    I've been on LT for 6 weeks. Lost 2.7 Stone thus far. Moved to Exante last week. Weighed my self today and I've put 1/2 pound back on????

    What have I done? I've not had anything but Exante 3x a day I swear.

    I'm feeling Sad. Should I go back to LT? Is Exante weight loss the same speed as LT? What did I do wrong?

    PS. Did a Keyto-Stick test thingy, and I am in Ketosis but the color is a bit lighter. I don't think I've been drinking anywhere near the recommended water. Is that why?

    You are not doing anything wrong mayb yo body is just adjusting to the change as Exante is 600calorie im syre its more than the calories in LT.....just up yo water intake to a least 2.5-3l a day im sure the scales will move soon let us kno how u get on...

    Ive also moved from lipotrim to exante. I find 2 milkshakes, but putting a protein scoop in each keeps my weight loss same as lipotrim, but also I can jog once or twice a day.
    When I was having 3 shakes my weight loss stalled. I felt warm, now ive changed it I get the cold feeling, and I soo welcome it. Im hitting 600 calories, but much less carbs now. And more protein

    The weight loss is an average of 2-3lbs a week about a stone a month
