    Hope you don't mind Mia, but i'm copying your idea of making a daily diary of what i'm eating because I think it will help me keep on track.

    Thursday 18th June
    1 x Choc Tetra, 1 x Choc Tetra, 1 x Choc Tetra, 5-6 pints of water

    Friday 19th June

    1 x Plain Porridge, 1 x Choc Tetra, Roast Beef with Veg, Apple Pie & Custard, 3 Cookies, apx 3 pints of water oooops :(

    Monday 22nd June
    1 x Choc Tetra, 1 x Choc Tetra, 1 x Choc Tetra, 5.5 pints of water


    As you can see I like the choc tetras, decided to order a variety of flavours for next week so as not to get bored. Bliiped Sunday but now all the more determined.

    Hey good luck :) It doesn't matter if you blipped on Sunday, just look forward now. Maybe try the chocolate mint milkshakes as everyone raves about them xx

    You've done really well other than your little Blip... so don't worry! I Normally love all things chocolate, but I can't stand the Chocolate Tetra's but really enjoy the Strawberry ones (I normally hate strawberry). I'd def recommend the Choc Mint, they are delicious.

    :D of course I don't mind. It does help to keep on track when you get to put your little ticks (and maybe crosses) at the end of the day. Also lets you see where and when you cheated, although I know you won't be doing any of that;).

    I have made mine up to 9th July so can see how many days I have left to go too.

    Hi Hun, didn't know there was a roast beef and veg shake ! Hehehe !
    Why don't you have an extra shke sometimes ? About 3 times per week I have 4 in a day because I feel like I would eat if I didn't. I know the sensation isn't like forkfuls of yummy food in your mouth but it might help.

    Last night I made spag bol (I HATE Mince) but I seriously would hve eaten the whole plate !!!! I think it's just the chewing I want, was lovely having my first bar yesterday ! Peanut - yum !!!!!!!

    What day do you get weighed ? Hopefully that will give you a boost !

    I don't get weighed again till Tuesday, at Take That concert tonight and going for dinner beforehand so I will stick to Chicken or fish with veg, just hope it won't affect my loss on Tuesday.

    Oh have fun at the concert! I went to the 2007 show - amazing !!! I was in 4th row. Also saw them 5 times when I was younger (I was a complete take thatter) ! Hope you take some pics !!!!!!!!!!!!!
