Hope you don't mind Mia, but i'm copying your idea of making a daily diary of what i'm eating because I think it will help me keep on track.
Thursday 18th June
1 x Choc Tetra, 1 x Choc Tetra, 1 x Choc Tetra, 5-6 pints of water
Friday 19th June
1 x Choc Tetra, 1 x Choc Tetra, 1 x Choc Tetra, 5-6 pints of water
Saturday 20th June
1 x Banana Tetra, 1 x A&C Porridge, 1 X Choc Tetra, 5-6 pints of water
Sunday 21st June
1 x Plain Porridge, 1 x Choc Tetra, Roast Beef with Veg, Apple Pie & Custard, 3 Cookies, apx 3 pints of water oooops
Monday 22nd June
1 x Choc Tetra, 1 x Choc Tetra, 1 x Choc Tetra, 5.5 pints of water
As you can see I like the choc tetras, decided to order a variety of flavours for next week so as not to get bored. Bliiped Sunday but now all the more determined.
