Hi Lisa,

On my food diary I have just recently commented on alcohol and how it makes you put weight on. The sugars in the alcohol are processed by the body first, so if you drink and eat a chinese, the body will store the fat from the chinese while its dealing with the alcohol sugar.

If you could just cut it down for a couple of weeks and see how that goes it might help.

Thank you, i have been completely off the rails this weekend from tomorrow i am going to try to not have any alcohol or takeaways for a week :sigh:
