I know what you mean about busy, crazy here too. What did you put inbthe veggie chilli? It can be amazing what you can have for not too many cals.

I used quorn mince and added mushrooms, onions, peppers, tin of chopped tomatoes and then just mixed herbs and chili powder. Then I topped it with a bit of grated cheese. It's so easy to make and it's so filling.
 
Good afternoon,

I got on the scales this morning and I was a bit disappointed. I've STS, I was hoping to get 1lb off this week even with my naughty weekend because I've been so good for the rest of the week. I am really bloated at the minute though, so not sure that's helping.

The plan for the next week is to be as good as I can during the day and then hopefully make the right choices in the evenings. Tonight I'm getting chippy dinner because we're out late, tomorrow I'm out for a 3 course meal with friends, Friday I'm going out for a turkish meal, Saturday I'm having early christmas at my SIL's and Sunday I'm going out for a meal with MIL. So not really got much hope have I!!

I think now, if I can stay at 10 stone 10lbs for the next couple of weeks before I go away, I will be happy with that. I had wanted to get to 10 stone 7 but that's never going to happen now. I'm still pleased though, I've lost 2 stone 11lbs in total this year and I'm only 10lbs away from my target, so how can I not be happy with that :)
 
1 lb for that weekend? That s a pound not wasted. You're heading into a busy, celebration heavy period, enjoy the extras and then when you 've got some quieter days back on it. As you say 2st 11lbs woo fecking hoo🤩🤩🤩
You're attempting the same trick as me I want to get back to 10.10 as quickly as possible. I think I 'll be tackling it in Jan but every pound I can claw back is alright by me.x

Good morning!

I went to Amy's show last night and was super good, there were lots of cakes and mince pies but I stuck to my coffee :) I had been super good all day because I knew I'd be having a chip cob and fishcake for my dinner. I was so hungry that when I ate it it tasted amazing!

When I got on the scales yesterday morning I was a bit disappointed because I didn't lose but I was really bloated. So I got on again this morning for a sneaky look and I had lost 1lb. So today I'm a bit happier. Although I'm out tonight so no chance of it staying off, lol!

I've already had to pick my dinner for tonight. I'm having Brie for started, Roast Chicken for main and Chocolate Lime Cheesecake for desert. I think my choices could have been better but it's an expensive meal, so I want to have something I know I will enjoy :)

Today during the day I will be super good because I know tonight wont be good calorie wise. I'm not going to log it on MFP today because I wouldn't have a clue where to start with my meal tonight.

Good morning all

I’m absolutely buzzing this morning.
I went out last night for our villages ladies night. I go every year and mum friend, mum and her friend always come to mine for a drink first. Every year we do a photo. This is last years photo and then last nights. I’d not been able to really see the difference much before but wow that’s what 2 stone 11lbs does!!

I felt absolutely amazing last night. I love the dress and was amazed this morning when I saw the photo from last year. I've not really been able to tell myself how much I have lost but I can really tell in my face. I'm so pleased, it's given me a boost to continue during this busy time that's for sure :)

I had another lunch out yesterday which was lovely and the scales this morning show only a half pound increase so I’m hoping that Monday’s official weight loss will show a loss overall. I’m thinking about a wee trip to the gym today😮 this week I’d like to get a loss and then it head first into the festivities.

Monday again already!!

I've had a great weekend but not been good at all. I've been visiting family and had no control over what I ate, so just went with it. I jumped on the scales this morning and they were crying at me, lol!

Todays food isn't going to be much better, I've got to take my mum to the hospital later this morning and she is really worried, so I said I'd take her out for lunch after. Then tonight we are at the pub for annual Christmas Carols and that includes drink and nibbles. I'll stick with diet coke but will have a few of the nibbles. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day for me foodwise.

This time of the year is just so busy but I think because people are now starting to notice I've lost weight and are commenting, it's keeping me going.

It is hard when every time you turn round there are more things to go to with inevitable non zone food. I don't feel worried about pulling it back once everything has settled back into normal life but there is a little frustration. I know I could just say no thank you but that is more likely to lead to more in the long term.

I know exactly what you mean. Like you I'm not worried and sometimes I feel abit guilty for not saying No thank you. But then I think it's a long time till next Christmas so might as well make the most of this one!! To me this is a lifestyle now and sometimes I'm naughty and the scales move in the wrong direction but as long as the next week they start moving in the right direction that is all that matters.

I'm really looking forward to being at target ad letting the scales move up and down and not worrying so much about it. I know once I'm there I will stay focused and not slip back into my old ways, so really excited about getting there.

Unfortunately for my mum it looks like her fears may have been real. She's got to have more tests but it's not looking too good for her. I feel so sorry for her, she's always so strong but she's not at the minute.
 
Good afternoon all

I ended up having a goodish day yesterday. Food was good but drink was ish, lol. I went to the pub last night for the annual carols and get together and ended up having 5 Sloe Gins and Lemonade. It could have been worse I guess, I could have been drinking wine or lager!

So far today I have been good, infact I've been super good and I'm starving....I forgot to bring food into work this morning and hubby dropped me off, so I can't even go out and get anything. So all I've had today is a banana! I usually have loads in my drawers to snack on but because I'm going away soon, I've not replaced what I've had, so have been bringing bits in each day.

Tonight I'm going to take some xmas pressies round to my brothers and then hopefully will be back nice and early, so I can make chicken, salad flatbreads. I love them, they are so filing but really low calorie so perfect for the day before weigh in.

Tomorrow will be my final weigh in before Christmas and my holiday. I'll be happy to have only gained a pound or two. I've not really been super good all week, so not expecting much.

Quite pleased with myself today....It's my weigh in day and I STS which considering I've only actually used my cooker twice in the last week is pretty good!!

Today was my last weigh in before Christmas and my holiday. I'm not actually going away until 28th, so even though I'm not officially on the diet any more and I won't be using MFP to track my food, I still hope not to get a gain before I go. I've got my works Christmas do tomorrow but other than that I should be ok until Christmas.

I'm going on a cruise for a week over New Year and then a week in Orlando. I'm really looking forward to it and getting some sun. Although the food won't be so good, lol! But I will enjoy it and then when I get back I'll deal with the gain.
 
Good morning!

It's Christmas Do day today and we've started early!! I've brought in a box of roses. I've been so good and not had anything in the office so far. We've just worked out what we had last year, omg we had so much junk on the lead up to Christmas, so 1 box of chocolates is super good!
I know tomorrow and Monday I'll be ok because I'm the only one in the office and there's only a couple in the warehouse so no chance of any goodies being brought in :)
Tonight I plan to eat whatever and drink whatever (although I don't really want a hangover tomorrow)! This night out has been planned for a long time, so there will be no limits.

I'll be back to being good again tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday :)
