Good morning!
Had a good day yesterday, stayed within my calories and did a short walk in the evening
My plan for today is a bit of a cheat day but I'm going for a long walk today, so if I take into consideration the extra calories burnt it won't really be a cheat day, lol. I'm hoping to do a 10+ walk.
Food for today:
Breakfast - N/A
Lunch -Cheese and Crackers
Dinner - Meatza & Chips ( takeaway)
Exercise:
10+ mile walk

		 Iv done a list for slimming world but hard to know which is best. I’m also tempted to join online but not sure if il get bored of same foods
