Congrats on the new job Claire - that's brilliant news, you myst be so relieved. And well done on the ebay sales, being nosey but what did you sell? i used to have a clear out every year and make a lovely lump towards xmas, last time i did it, it drove me nuts and things were selling for such tiny amounts i just haven't bothered since

Thanks :)....as for Ebay we sold my sons bike, gaming chair, old DS and PS3 games, DVD's, Bookcase, Sideboard, Caravan spare bits and a PSP....a real mixture. Wouldn't bother selling DVD's again as you just don't make enough money to make it practical but the rest was well worth it and made up for it.

Tues 28th October - Extra Easy

Breakfast: 28g Porridge Oats, 1 Scan Bran HeB FF Fromage Frais, 11g Options 2, Raspberries and 350ml Skimmed Milk HeA

Snack : Red Grapes

Lunch: Salmon, Large Salad, Spicy Couscous 0.5 and Apple

Dinner: Roast Pork, Roast Potatoes, 1 tsp Olive Oil 2, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Runner Beans, Carrots, Spring Greens and Bisto Gravy 3

Syns: 7.5
 
Back on track 100% completely today and so happy I've finally got my head in the right place......still not stepping on the scales which is a bit of a milestone for me as I was always so fixated on daily weighing but really need to focus on eating well and not what the scales are saying at the moment. Will weigh myself next week and go from there :)
Due to all recent probs haven't been to group for 4 weeks, have decided not to rejoin as will not be able to make session when I start my new job anyway. Will see how I get on at home and if I struggle then will find a later group.

Well done with ebay too. I'm ebaying some clothes at the moment and I'm already stressed :p

Thanks hun....at moment I work for Police ( Statistical Collision Recording ) but due to no funding that a gonna lol....new job is 50% Spec Analyst for MD and 50%PA to Sales Director.
Going full time but only 7 hours week more but with lunch time also will be out of house an extra 2.5 hrs a day but will be worth it :)
Ebay sales all posted etc now with exception of 2 dvd's which were awaiting payment clearance on.....was alot of organistation but that my middle name as my hubbie says ( great colour coded spreadsheet logging everything lol )

Thank you sweetie :D it was taken on 4th Sept at my ex hubbie's wedding.....strange I went I hear you say but my son was best man.

Love my current job but hate to say working for the police isn't what it used to be....mostly due to budget cuts etc which is a damn shame.
Hopefully will love my new job, it sounds really interesting and the MD is really passionate about his company and in my interview I was dying to get hold of their spreadsheets there and then lol

Pretty sore this evening, got a sore back and problems with my leg ( even more than I normally suffer ) :(
Trying to take it easy as don't want to inflame it even more ..... 3 weeks left at old job and want to be fit and well to start new job.

Lunch: Leftovers - Roast Pork, Roast Potato - 1/2 tsp Olive Oil 1, Cauli, Broccoli, Spring Greens, Carrots and Gravy 1.5

Snack : 2 Small bites of my son's mini bread rolls ( made at school and YUM!! ) 3?

Dinner: Chilli Con Carne - EL Mince, Onion, Garlic, Red Pepper, Mushroom, Sweetcorn, Kidney Beans, Tomatoes, 1/4 Schwartz Sachet 1.5 and Rice
