Thanks for the last two entries. Really encouraged me. Needed that after my first no care night out last night. I documented it all in my food diary and it was not pretty. :-(

Super free stir fry:

Loads of vegetables...

90g of extra lean bacon (3 rashers), 1 large egg, 250g of brussel sprouts, 340g of mushroom stir fry mix

Would serve two. Or one hard exercising hungry man like me.

Lost half an inch around my waist since 18/12/2011. It is 33.5 inch now. Fitting into 30 and 32 Jeans though. Lol.. Also lost almost a full 1 % body fat, gone from 13.1 % in December to 12.4 % tonight.
