Louisa's 'No more Cheating' Food Diary

Breakfast: Quorn sausage (1), mushrooms, tomatoes, poached egg

Dinner: Tomato Soup, scan bran (hexb), laughing cow light (hexa)

Tea: Quorn Roast, peas, carrots, brocolli, potatoes, gravy (2) strawberries, blueberries, grapes, apple, blackberries, ff natural yoghurt

Snack: Apple, Butterscotch Hifi Bar (3), Options hot choc (2)

Exercise: Level 3 shred,
Fluids: 8/8

No kettlebells today :( my legs/ankles are really hurting me and im soooo tired.

Dinner: Stuffed pepper (couscous, cheese (hexa), onions, mushrooms, veg stock cube)

Tea: Jacket Potato, Low fat cottage cheese, beans, spinach, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, spring onions, peppers, scan bran ginger carrot cake (5)

Snack: satsuma, hifi butterscotch bar (hexb)

Done really rubbish on drinking water today :( not a fan of the scan bran cake tbh but its got to be eaten now ive made it :p
