Lou's Diary - onwards and inwards!

Evening diary.... just a quick one...

Friday - green (forgot about the whole red day thing)
B: 42g allbran and banana (B)
L: Jacket potato and baked beans
S: LF crisps (4.5 syns)
D: Chickpea dahl and sw chips
S: Cheese (B)

working again tomorrow..... zzzzzz

Saturday - red
B: Kiwi, 3 scan bran and yogurt (3/5B)
L: Tuna salad (2 syns)
S: 2 scan bran in a yogurt (2/5B)
D: Mango chicken and veg with wholegrain pasta (B)
 
7 day shift has come to an end thank goodness, but off to London tomorrow so no chance of a rest, also - house is now on the market..... *arrgh* and trip to new zealand is getting ever closer.. why do I do this all at once??

Saturday - red

S: 2 scan bran in a yogurt (2/5B)

Still not decided what to have for dinner and it's half 6, am not that hungry so maybe just a tuna sandwich?
 
I'll not be back on here until Monday night so will do a *rough* plan as to what I'll eat over next couple of days...

Sunday - red
B: Scrambled eggs, LF sausages (1 syn), grilled tomatoes and bacon
L: Chicken salad sandwich (B) and LF crisps (4 syns)
D: Steak and jacket if I'm brave enough to eat on my own (syns and B)

Monday
B: 2 x alpen light bars and an apple (B)
L: ??
D: Pasta with bacon (B), cherry tomatoes and sweet chilli sauce (2 syns)
 
Thanks hun - not too quickly though as going to New Zealand in March so don't want to be in the middle of it all then.. eek x
 
You're more than welcome Karen, I am dreading going on my own now... eek.

Anyway - I'm back from London and didn't do too badly food wise..

Sunday
B: LF sausage, scrambled eggs, tomatoes and bacon (1 syn)
L: Wagamamas - some chicken thing with rice (oops???)
D: Chicken salad pitta bread (B) and frozen fat free yogurt (lush but probably full of sugar)

Monday
B: Apple, banana and fibre plus bar (B)
L: Sushi, M&S orzio salad and lf crisps (4 syns and a few more)
D: SW chips, quorn sausage and beans
 
Right!!! I stayed the same again this week for the third week running, I'm sick of it as I'm really trying and am so frustrated... so, I've decided to do fast forward for the week, wish me luck as I'm going to need it.

Here is tomorrow's..

B: 2 wm toast and beans (5 units)
L: 227g jacket potato and 85g tuna (5 units) with 1 tbsp mayo (2 units)
D: 350kcal ready meal and an apple (8 units) served with daily veg allowance - 142g carrots
 
good luck with your week lou. it's hard to stay motivated when you STS 3 weeks in a row and doing FF just shows how determined you are!!!

anyway you have to lose next week as a birthday present to me! ;)

B: 1/2 grapefruit and 2 weetabix (5 unit meal)
L: 2 crispbreads, 1 tomato, lf soft cheese (2 unit snack)
S: Apple (1 unit)
 
Fast forward is pretty intense, just shows how much I eat outside of meal times, am starving at the moment and really looking forward to my tea, yum, hopefully this will educate me that I don't actually have to eat an apple / etc every couple of hours just because I'm bored.

L: 2 crispbreads, 1 tomato, lf soft cheese (2 unit snack)
S: Apple (1 unit)
D: 113g salmon, 170g new potatoes, 85g green beans (8 unit meal)

That leaves me with 5 units left over, but I've left plan at work and now sure what I can have... eek, I know an apple is 1 unit, but don't fancy 5 of those..

I've been drinking green tea like there is no tomorrow, going to have a nice pint of water now and then wait until 7.30pm for dinner, that way I won't be hungry later on.. or if I am, I'll go to bed. Hehe.

Just to update...

D: Schezuan beef and boiled white rice and a few chips (10 syns)

L: 2 poached eggs on w/m toast (5 units)
S: Apple (1 unit)

wishing you all the best for wi lou looks like you ve done excellent job this week and im sure it'll prove on the scales xxx
 
Thanks hun, fingers crossed it goes ok, have maintained since 22nd Dec and NEED to see a drop in the scales, it's been a month!!

How are you getting on? Is your daughter still doing her shakes? x
 
Hello diary.... back on plan again today but aunt flo turned up this morning so a bit annoyed that it may affect this weeks loss?

S: French fry crisps (2 units)
D: Lamb hotpot with carrots and green beans (8 units)
