well today has been another great day :) so happy with myself

i seen that most of you drank wine on induction - how many per week? sorry most deffo not an alcoholic haha but have a night out saturday and was thinking of just driving - no point in taxi if can only have one 1 drink :-(

todays menu:

Brekkie: Bacon and eggs

Lunch: chicken and bacon salad

Dinner: Chicken leg, pork chop, with cabbage with butter - eek getting hungry now lol

water x 2 litres and green tea x 4

oh and gave myself a quick weigh this am and i am 12st 9lbs!!!!!! thats 5lbs in 2 days lol but im sure it will even itself out over the coming week

Hmm, be careful, I found I was a very cheap and easy drunk on Induction. :(
 
Induction hasnt made a difference - always have been always will be a cheap easy drunk :D

Dinner: unsure as eating out - but no doubt a chicken salad lol

I have found so. I did to out for lunch the other day and mainly everything i the cafes was bread and wraps etc, but found a nice pub and had hot chicken and bacon salad and got cheese on :)

Just ask if you can substitute your chips for veg or salad :D
 
is this the correct butter chicken recipe?

cant take the credit , from low carb gourmet book , delicious!!
serves 4
2.7g carbs per serving

2tbsp vegetable oil
685 g boneless chicken breasts
2 tbsp tandoori paste
180ml whipping cream
1tbsp butter
2tbsp toasted almonds (optional)

heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium -high heat. Add the chicken and brown until almost cooked through.
stir in the tandoori paste then the cream. simmer for 5 minutes or until the cream is slightly thickened. stir in the butter and garnish with the almonds if using.

well last night stuck to a steak with garlic butter on top and garlic mushrooms - no kisses for me lol

today was out for lunch:

Brekkie: Scrambled egg with bacon and a sausage

Lunch: Small Prawn Salad, and main was a warm chicken salad - it had a soy glaze on it but it just tasted of soy sauce on the chicken so hoping thats ok

Dinner: 2 x steak - no veg etc as had loads at dinner time :)

night out tonight - taking the car, so no booze woop woop
