Day 80 wooow

Got a funny head today probably because I didn't get much sleep last night.

Ran out of eggs yesterday so got some more today. I think I am going to scramble my two seeing as I'm now having the large eggs, naughty! lol.

Managing to get the porridge down. Literally forcing it gah!

Tomorrow afternoon I'm off to town to see if I can buy something new to wear in my current size (yay) to the meal I'm taking my mum on my week off. If I don't see anything I like I'll have to hunt trough my wardrobe for something I've bought on previous diets in hopes I would eventually get into.

Ok well I'm off to make my eggs yummy

I ran out if porridge a week ago, now I can't wait to get some LOL gonna get 21 next month hope I don't go off it!!

Can't sleep again! Day 81/82

My plan for today was a bar, 2 boiled eggs and 2 porridges in the evening. I prepared my porridge and put it in the microwave for 1.5 min as usual but when it had finished I noticed it was COLD. I couldn't work it out as the light was on and the thing rotating but it wasn't 'cooking' the food... So yeah, the microwave has decided to go wrong. Argh what a pain in the a** because before realising the mirco had stopped working I went shopping today and spent the last of my money on some shoes, clothes and makeup! I will have to buy a new microwave on my Argos card until I get paid. But first I'm gonna take my broken one back to Asda and see what they say, ya never know might be able to get an exchange lol. Worth a try

So because of the stupid microwave I ended up having to have 2 shakes instead because I'm too lazy to make the porridge on the hob lol. I also do my eggs in the microwave in this funky egg boiler gadget. I rely on a microwave too much perhaps

I haven't had a lot of luck with household appliances in the last year. First the tumble dryer went wrong, then the washing machine, then the toaster and now the microwave... Of course all went wrong just after the 1 year passes! how convenient.


I must find some time this week to catch up on other peoples diaries! I fail.

I am loving the large eggs hehe much better

I managed to find one top... It was getting to the point where I wouldn't have got one, maybe I was having a fussy day lol. I also got some bottoms and a pair of flat shoes, I wanted some new heels but nothing caught my eye :(
Haha I know what you mean! mine's just the same. Some bigger sizes still have the label. Maybe I'll have an eBay day soon lol.

I used to LOVE the porridge. I have to get there again as I have loads left! Eeeeek!

LOL yeah I think too much of anything will do that eventually. I adore banana shake but trying not to order much on case I go off it!!

I never have a problem finding shoes I like LOL had to throw out most of ny nice ones as my feet shrunk! It's tempting to get more clothes, but I trying to wait, be so much more exciting at goal!!

Have a look on Freecycle if anyone's giving away an older lesser powered one, it's not ideal but better than nothing til payday!
 
So today was my 12th week weigh in and I lost 2.25lb. I was hoping for 3lb but it's still good seeing as I have hardly had much water this week.

Now on my week off. Haven't eaten anything yet today. Going away in the middle of the week for a few days. Weather is lush today!

I'll update all my stats and ticker etc later as I'm not at home and can't update anything on my phone.
 
I damn well knew it would do this! My period started this evening :sigh:. It's been 9 and a half weeks since my last and it waits to turn up now grrr! Already got some minor cramps in my back and no doubt in bed tonight and tomorrow I'll be in agony. Such an inconvenience when I'm going away.
But the good thing is... even though TOTM was on its way and has shown up, I still managed to lose 2.25lb and that's also without much water intake... I feel even better about that loss now :)

I took all my measurements again because it's been 4 weeks since I last took them. There hasn't been a huge change in each measurement but at least there is some. Anyway I am going to list them here in my diary again and then I can throw away the piece of paper they are written on, it save me a very embarrassing moment if visitors come over and see it ol

Measurements 12 weeks ago and today and how much lost in 12 weeks:

Bust was 121cm, now 111.5cm: loss of 9.5cm
Fat pads (area just below boobs but above waist line, I call them my fat pads lol) was 111cm, now 94.5cm: loss of 16.5cm
Waist was 103cm, now 90cm: loss of 13cm
Lower waist (around belly button) was 122cm, now 107cm: loss of 15cm
Bum (around hip area) was 125cm, now 112.5cm: loss of 12.5cm
Left thigh was 76cm, now 66.5cm: loss of 9.5cm
Right thigh was 77cm, now 68.5cm: loss of 8.5cm
Left calf was 44.5cm, now 41.5cm: loss of 3cm
Right calf was 45cm, now 41cm: loss of 4cm
Left upper arm was 37.5cm, now 34.5cm: loss of 3cm
Right upper arm was 37.5cm, now 35cm: loss of 2.5cm
A total of 97cm lost (about 38.2 inches)

and the other ones people probably don't do...
Neck was 37cm, now 34cm: loss of 3cm
Left ankle was 25cm, now 24.5cm: loss of 0.5cm
Right ankle was 25cm, now 24cm: loss of 1cm
Bringing the overall total to 101.5cm lost (about 40 inches)

So in the last 4 weeks my measurements have gone down by another 25cm (9.8 inches), not bad at all.

I forgot to mention the other day in my diary that the top I bought the other day is a size 16 and it fits! It was such a good feeling as I was worried it would be a bit tight and I would have to get the 18 instead. I was hunting through my clothes and found a pair of jeans that I bought last year in a size 18 but they were too tight back then, I tried them on yesterday and they fit but are ever so slightly loose so I don't think it will be long until they're too big. While hunting through my clothes I also found a size 18 blouse last year but it was too tight around my belly and on the upper arms too, but it now fits perfectly woohoo :D.

As of this morning I weighed 13st 3.75lb. I can't believe in 3.75lb I'll be in the 12's... Although that will be delayed because of my week off. Of course I am hoping whatever I gain I can lose again in my first week back on S&S, but it probably wont be the case knowing me!

25cm is pretty good going congratulations on that and your weight loss :) its always cool to find you fit into some of your old stuff.

9 days off plan turned into 16 days off plan - GAINED! Back on plan, day 3 today.

Thanks girls! I certainly did enjoy my week off, maybe so much so it turned into 2 weeks lol... well, 16 days to be exact. My original plan was 9 days off, Saturday - Sunday and restart on the Monday but it didn't happen.

I didn't eat too much, but what I did eat was full of carbs. On my first week I found it hard to eat much at all, I just did not feel physically hungry and my belly/I felt full really quickly! So I actually didn't eat as much as I thought I would in the first week off. Come the 2nd week off, I was starting to feel more hungry and could eat more... so yeah not good!

Come Monday this week, I knew I had to restart because I could soon gain back the 33.5 lb that I lost. Yep, I gain quicker than I lose! I decided to restart so stepped on the scales to see the damage and was shocked to see 11.75 lb gained over the 16 days. Although, not too surprised but a part of me hoped for less I guess :p. That kicked me up the butt enough not to have another week off.

I was so grumpy on Monday and Tuesday, like terribly... I felt so emotional, moody and depressed. Today my mood is not so bad but I am feeling a bit like jelly, quite weak. I said in a thread earlier I'm surprised I haven't got a headache yet like when I started in March, maybe I spoke too soon because now my head hurts :sigh:.

So today is day 3. Craving like mad! trying not to give in... be hard anyway as I haven't got anything in but still that's not the point.

I am praying I can get rid of these 11.75 lb in the next 2 weeks! I doubt it though as I'm a slow loser. Even if I make 10 lb I'll be happy. I am trying so hard to drink my water to help flush it all awayyyyyyyy :).

I have updated my signature to reflect my 2 weeks off and my horrid gain. I wont bother updating my profile on here though, I'll just leave it and update after the 11.75 lb have gone. I might update my ticker, not sure yet.

CRAVINGS are driving me INSANE right now, ergh :rolleyes::(
 
It will come off fast hun, a lot of water. Once your carbs free... Wooshie!!

I restarted on a Monday but I didn't like the thought of changing my weigh in days to Monday, so I decided to stick to my previous Saturday weigh ins. That means I had to weigh in 2 days early for my first weigh in! but all is good, very good actually, I have managed to lose 8.5lb in my first 5 days back on plan! woohoo! so chuffed :D. Only another 3.25lb to go until I have lost the weigh I gained on my days off. I wont bother weighing in on Monday to see the loss for 7 days, I'll just wait until next Saturday.

I kept my water intake up as much as I could and I think it paid off. I don't even care that that 8.5lb is just water weight, my only aim right now is to lose the weight I recently gained

I still haven't made up my mind 100%, but it seems like it's more than likely to happen (trying JUDDDD). So once I have lost about another stone I may well try that diet and see how I do, especially since my plan was to lose 3 stone on a VLCD diet then lose the remaining 1-2 stone on a different type of diet. If it doesn't work well for me then I can always come back to S&S, it might just mean that I wont reach my goal until even later this year.

Well done on the losses! I will be judding too soon as I get under 9. Going to to hard as I can with exercise, water etc try and speed things up a bit!!

It's like it has taken over my mind lol. I need to stop visiting that part of the forum! I did want to lose at least another stone before switching... hmm. Yeah me too, trying so hard to keep that water up... doing good so far (I slacked a bit over the weekend with it though).

Day 8 of restart. I haven't eaten anything yet today so feeling a bit hungry and only managed 1 glass of water so better try and get some more down! Loving the waterlogged app, stops me forgetting how much I have had ;)

Finished early so don't know why I haven't eaten, oh well off to make 2 boiled eggs in a little while. Then my shakes later.

I only have about 8 shakes left eek! I do have some porridge left, like literally 40 packs but I have gone off them lol. I wont waste them though, if I have to I'll just make them into 'biscuits' and use them up that way. But it could mean I'll be having 2 boiled eggs and 3 packs of porridge biscuits per day for a few days :giggle: as I don't want to make another order just yet.

I might have a sneaky weigh in tomorrow if I'm feeling brave (so much for saying not to in the other thread). I know my loss wont be like last weeks but if I could lose 3lb this week that would mean the gain will be pretty much gone!

I have no idea why but all I keep thinking about is baked potato with tuna... mmm yum! I need to stop it.
 
LOL I daydream about food, usually write it down or watch food programs soon passes!!

Some days hunger isn't on the radar its weird LOL

I would love to juddd now but I'm so far off goal, more work yet!
