Weighed myself this morning and was gobsmacked to find that I'd actually lost a lb and was down to 12st 2lb. That has really spurred me on! I just hope the results of last week's transgressions aren't going to creep up on me over the next few days!
Thanks Susie and TH. I'm definitely going to be 100% TS today. Going to to WS tomorrow and Tuesday and then try to be TS for 7 days at least after that. If I can't manage to stay TS I'm going to have a chicken breast for lunch to avoid having any carbs. Hopefully I'll have a good loss for February!
Have also ordered some slim noodles to bulk my meals out. I've read mixed reviews so hope I like them because I've ordered 14 packs!

I think that's the key for me Susie. Whatever I have for lunch (and it should be low carb!) I need to stop treating myself to sweets and chocolate afterwards!
