Ht 5ft 1 Start wt 14st BMI 37. Wk1 -18lbs, BMI 33.6 Wk2 -2 BMI 33.2, Wk3 -3.5 BMI 32.5, Wk4 -5 BMI 31.6 no WI till 12 March
 
Weighed myself this morning and was gobsmacked to find that I'd actually lost a lb and was down to 12st 2lb. That has really spurred me on! I just hope the results of last week's transgressions aren't going to creep up on me over the next few days!

Wow that certainly is the sort of boost you need. Another TS day today Lynne & the loss will go down further xx
 
Thanks Susie and TH. I'm definitely going to be 100% TS today. Going to to WS tomorrow and Tuesday and then try to be TS for 7 days at least after that. If I can't manage to stay TS I'm going to have a chicken breast for lunch to avoid having any carbs. Hopefully I'll have a good loss for February!
Have also ordered some slim noodles to bulk my meals out. I've read mixed reviews so hope I like them because I've ordered 14 packs!

I haven't had the slim noodles, but have used the slim rice which is the same product cut up smaller!

......it's a bit of an acquired taste, but once you get past the rather odd texture they're fine - and good for bulking up the meal with no calories ( although a pack is about 14 calories, it's complete fibre so the body can't absorb it so zero calories in reality )

Make absolutely certain you rinse them really well and let them drain to dry out as much as possible before using them :)

Its so hard when you have working lunches to contend with, I feel for you Lynne. But as you say you will get there. Too expensive to not too.

I think that's the key for me Susie. Whatever I have for lunch (and it should be low carb!) I need to stop treating myself to sweets and chocolate afterwards!

Do you think its because you feel you have done so well on eating healthily while having your meal that you feel deprived & that you deserve a treat later?

Don't know why its fairly controllable while people are watching but then these urges take over when we are not being watched!
 
I'm the same, regardless of what I've eaten. I've just got to have more willpower!

Congratulations on the exciting weight loss! When the 11's are so close it must be very exciting and motivating. Next time you stand on the scales you should see an 11!
