Have you thought of trying the 5:2 Lynne to see if that works better for you? I've been reading up on it and it seems really good x

1b down this morning and also a good day so far food wise. Have had lettuce, tomatoes, red pepper, onion, balsamic dressing, cottage cheese, toasted pumpkin and sunflower seeds and 2 ltr of water - 384 calories.

Had a fry light egg on toast for tea so have ended on 668 calories and 30 carbs. Best I've done in ages!

Just catching up with you Lynne. That Aldi breaded camembert sounds delicious. Have put a trip to Aldi on my 'to do' list! Would be great with salad as a light lunch or dinner. As everyone else had said Lynne, just keep doing the best you can and don't waste calories on wine!! Perhaps your initial goal is a bit out of reach now but that doesn't mean you can't shift a significant proportion of that before your holiday. Good luck hun. x
