Sorry I've not been around. Went totally off the rails last week so back on TS as of yesterday. Was 13st 4lb yesterday morning and 13st 3lb today so hopefully this is a new downward trend! I really do need to get a grip. To be only 5b down in 35 days is shameful!
This week I WILL do TS and I WILL post every day.

Thanks for the support ladies. Not a bad day yesterday apart from the 3 digestive biscuits and small piece of cheese cake. STS this morning so at least I'm keeping the 5lb off!

You are doing well, could get a few more pounds off by your deadline. 10lbs is a dress size and with some determination you could lose that amount in the four weeks you have left. Good luck. X
 
Thanks for all your support but I have had an abysmal week! I really am struggling to get on track, never mind stay there. I know that if I can just get into the right frame of mind I can get there, it's just doing it! I've joined a fit bit challenge and am on a team to see who can do the most steps in August. I don't know if anyone would be interested but we could do something similar on here. We could do something similar on here - you wouldn't have to have a fit bit to join in, just a pedometer. I'll put something up on the challenge board.
Anyway, diet wise I have decided to restart my countdown. The stark reality of having gone back up to 13st 6lb with only 24 days in which to lose weight has actually sunk in! I know it's ambitious but I'm going to aim for 24lb in 24days!

Thanks Bob. If I don't lose weight I'll have nothing to wear on the beach! Can't wait to go tbh! Have been looking at going to Altinkum in Turkey for 2 weeks on my own next May as I can't see my sons wanting to keep coming with me. (This time I'm going with my oldest son and exhusband).
 
I would have loved to join the fit bit challenge but I am off next Saturday and although I will be doing loads of walking I will have nowhere to charge up my fit bit. We are staying mainly in local homes and jungle shelters with no electricity! Good luck. x
 
I'll definitely do another one for September Mere. I'll put August and september both on tonight. It will be good fun and an incentive for us all! Your holiday sounds fab! When yu come back you'll be able to relax in your hot tub too. Can you use them in Winter or is it too cold??
