Mainly red - a few odd green days!

feeling a little better today - woop!! I have some energy (a little anyway)

it's no good - gotta put my hands up and admit it...... I had dominos pizza last night. I started work at 7:30am and had free foods all day (fuit, alpen light bars, salad) at work, but then didn't finish until 9:30pm. A 14hour day :(

So here goes my best guess at how many syns I had:

3 slices of large dominos hot and spicy pizza = 202 calories per slice = 10 syns per slice = 30 syns

1 slice of dominos garlic bread = 117calories = 6 syns

2 x cans of normal coca cola = no idea yet!!

carrots = 0
mangetout = 0
cauliflower = 0
1/2 pack colmans chedder cheese sauce (milk from HEXA) = 4

pepsi max = 0
water = 0

Dont want to sound doom and gloom, but recording this as I may want to see it again, not just for diet - but also medical reasons.

Been wheezing since Tuesday, put it down to lefts overs of being ill from the weekend. Steadily got worse from then until yesterday (Frida) when I couldn't hide it from work anymore, got sent to doctors from medical center. Have taken so much ventolin and symbicourt but made no difference. Have been lying in bed with my steroids since then still short of breath, cant get out of bed. To answer home phone leaves me breathless. Wondering when OH comes home whether I need to go to hospital - I'm hoping not, i'm assuming steroids are gonna kick in any time soon. Tablets have to be taken with food so I have a heap of Alpen light bars to keep me company in the bedroom!

Hoping these steroids wont effect my loss. I know the weight loss will ultimately help with the asthma so I have to keep going :(

anyway on to todays food:

breakfast/lunch (hard to differentiate when you in bed all day!)

out of hospital now, asthma improved alot after many nebulisers! Feeling still a bit weak, but looking forward to lots of slimming meals this week!

omg vicki, hope you're feeling much better now. both my kids have asthma and the the youngest has been in hospital with it & croup and it's very scary.

thanks 40! I'm not too bad now, thankfully I don't get like this very often - normally I cope with the ventolin and preventors I take - but the chest infection got the better of me!! Fighting fit today and hoping for a good WI as I couldn't really eat in hospital with a mask stuck to my face!! (not that I would have liked the food anyway)

mmmmm..... I had a gain this today at WI, but I have also noticed that I haven't filled in this diary for 5 days - I wonder whether these things are connected??!! Better start doing this diary again.....

I've had a really bad weekend :mad:, When I say bad, I was doing ok on Friday, Saturday and Sunday until it got to the evenings. Friday I went out for a curry in the evening, Saturday I ate out and had pate on toast, beef stroganoff and apple crumble desert and then on Sunday evening I had two massive chunks of home cooked bread.

I have only got 5 days to weigh in so here's my version of how I going to pull this back...! This is completely made up by me...My 55555 or 5x5 week...!

5 days
5 superspeed foods
5 syns a day
5 glasses of water a day
5 x 30mins sessions of quality exercise

Here goes day 1:

Green day
Glasses of water: 5
Superspeed foods: baked beans, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and more baked beans!
Syns: quorn crispy fillet = 3
Exercise: 1/2 an hour with weights toning arms
