Asda instant cappuccino sachet 2pp

Tea/
2x cauldron veggie sausages 4pp
Ainsley citrus couscous 30g 3pp
Roasted red onion, peppers and courgettes

Activia intensely creamy raspberry 3pp

Put on 2lb for no reason at all! Been a bit lazy with exercise I guess but not really had time!

well I'm sure you will loose it again soon enough. I don't know why but I feel that I wont loose anything this week I think will sts again. It doesn't help having birthday cakes every week at work lol. I have a feeling we may have some tomorrow.

Lol yep. Well they will all have a shock end of November because it's my birthday and I will be making all ww cakes and I bet they won't notice the difference lol.

Small apple and pear

Planned tea for later
Ww frozen spaghetti bol 7pp
Large mixed salad 0pp

Muller light orange with choc sprinkles 2pp

Milk for day 2pp lots of coffee

Think I need to use more points as I will mess up my metabolism but just don't feel hungry at the mo
 
Omg why oh why did I buy the jumbo chocolate snack a jacks!? I have been looking at these for weeks and thought hmmm maybe next week but because it's a big packet didn't trust myself but I gave in so......

Thanks, just under 5 stone. Looking back to that pic I remember wanting to wear a dress like everyone else and nothing fitted was awful! That was last July 2010 I think!
 
Wow your menus looks great as always. Looking at your pictures you've done so well and loose that much in over a year is amazing. I hate it when I see nice clothes on people and then when I go to find similar things they never suit me or I feel to fat in them.

Bless I'm sure you would have looked stunning but I know what you mean because I feel the same most of the time.

Weigh in was good I lost 1lb so I was very happy.

Thanks. Yes that would definitely make my day perfect but for some reason I can't see it happening lol. I went to poundland today and they have the ww chocolate caramel cake bars & ww caramel shortcake biscuits they are much cheaper than in the supermarket.

Love the cake bars, might get some more of those, definitely no more choc snack a jacks they are just too yummy and can't stop!
