ProPoints Maintaining!

I now know why I found losing weight so easy!

I moved away from all my friends and hardly go out where I live now and don't no many people but last night I went back to Brighton for a night out and must have used weeklys x3 I would have thought!!

So yesterday's intake

B/ gingerbread porridge 4pp

L/ boots shapers falafel and joining wrap 7pp

Then......
About 8 White wine spritzers! About 30pp maybe then buddies cafe mushroom and cheese omelette and chips god knows the points!!!

Only used 21 pp but so bloated and icky after bad weekend of food and wine!

Well i relaxed and had take away but then had stomach cramps all night and felt absolutely awful and I found it didn't fill me up which was very weird!!

Well i relaxed and had take away but then had stomach cramps all night and felt absolutely awful and I found it didn't fill me up which was very weird!!

God I feel like that, when I eat rubbish I'm like a bottomless pit, never feel full, but when I cook for myself I be full up after ever meal and don't be ready to eat for at least another 3 hours. Weird, I think its the sugar and stuff they add to convenience and fast food, makes you crave it more xx
 
Yep weird feeling but a good kick to keep up with the healthy eating!!

Hello, just thought I'd pop in to say and well done on the losses, I noticed all the flavours of porridge you have wow did you buy these I have never seen them!

I am 8lbs from target and finding it impossible to loose anymore weight :( I'm only on week two of ww and only lost half a pound so I'm looking at diaries for inspiration

Porridge flavours were from sainsburys I think if I remember! It was a really big store. Moved since then so not a great deal of choice now!
 
Still findin it hard to get back on the wagon! Need a kick up the bottom!

Med tomato risotto with prawns covered in cheese and with garlic bread! No idea on points!!

Then followed by banoffee waffles! Omg amazing but a million points again!
