new year, new start

NEW YEAR, NEW START :)

Starting again today, quitting smoking at the same time. Will be doing mainly green days, :D

Healthy extras will almost always be:

250ml of semi skimmed milk (up to, I usually only have it in my tea
so won't generally be this much) HEA


5 laughing cow light traingles (up to 5) HEA

1 small brown roll HEB

Either 2 alpen light bars or 1 alpen bar HEB



Tuesday 4/1

Brekkie: banana, alpen light bar HEB

lunch: sml brown roll HEB laughing cow triangle HEA, quorn ham slice, mug shot (free), quavers (5 SYNS)

tea: jacket potato with beans, laughing cow triangles HEA, salad, hard boiled eggs, very low fat dressing

snacks: alpen light bar HEB, apple, sugar free mints

drinks: cups of tea with sweetners, water, sugarfree squash
 
Wednesday

brekkie: alpen light bar, mullerlight, banana

lunch: quavers,mugshot, small brown roll, laughing cow light, quorn ham, salad, hard boiled egg, apple

tea: 3 slices of pizza (was a work event and they bought pizza for everyone), chose the thin crust pizza to try and minimize the damage!

Thursday

brekkie: mullerlight, alpen light bar, banana

lunch: mugshot, sml brown roll, laughing cow light, quorn ham, quavers

tea: jacket potato, laughing cow light, beans, salad, hard boiled eggs, lf dressing
 
Friday

brekkie: alpen light bar, mullerlight, banana

lunch: mushot, small brown roll quorn ham, laughing cow light, quavers

tea: planning on sw chips, quorn burger and beans

Thanks Donna, unfortunately the no smoking didn't last long and I caved after a couple if days. I think I was trying to do too much at once so just focussing on the healthy eating for now, will try the smoking again soon, next time with some help as I was cold turkey!

Weighed myself today as I haven't weighed since redrafting as my scales aren't working. I am 10 stone 2, around what I thought. First target to get below 10, ideally I want to be around 9 stone :)

Hi I'm doing green as rarely eat meat. Yeah I know you can have 2 Alpen lights thanks, I had 1 light and 1 regular Alpen bar so one and a half hexB!

Having a bit of a weekend off ad it's my birthday but still tracking everything. Trying not to go completely mad.

Weighed this morning, lost 3lbs since Monday, now 9 stone 13 :)

Re-Starting Slimming World tonight :)

I have decided that slimming world works best for me, think a bit of weight has crept on (i know i'm over 10 stone), will post my weight and update my tracker later or in the morning after the meeting.

Just ordered my shopping online to get delivered tomorrow and I've ordered loads of sw friendly foods so I have no excuse.

Also planning on doing my 30 day shred dvd every day for 30 days (well maybe not the weekends!) to maximise weight loss :)

I will try and post my food diary here every day to keep me motivated, planning on doing mainly green days as I rarely eat meat anyway, I will probably have one treat on the weekends (takeaway or meal out) as this works for me and I managed to lose weight doing this previously. Will also have a few drinks maybe every other saturday night :)
 
First weigh in last night and I'm 10 stone 5.5, would love to get into the 9's in 2 weeks.

Shopping getting delivered later so I haven't got much sw friendly food till then so going to try and manage on a mugshot, apple and a hifi bar for lunch and coffee for brekkie!! Will update later with tea/snacks and exercise :)
