Mashed Potato, how long will it last

I made way too much mash for tea tonight, so I'm saving the rest so I can make some bubble and squeak.

Only problem is I was planning on having a red day tomorrow, so will have to have it Tuesday or Wednesday, will it last that long in the fridge or should I change my plan for tomorrow and do ee instead?

hm I don't think I'd keep them for more than 2/3 days, if you keep them covered in the fridge they should be fine.

Freeze it, I freeze everything, theres always lots of odd things in my freezer to throw together.

I wouldnt keep it in the fridge past Tuesday, unless you are freezing it .

Going to have it tonight, going ee and having bubble and squeak with salmon for tea. Was planning on having it for breakfast but there is a lot more then I thought so all 3 of us will polish it off tonight
