Started CD a week last monday on day 9 now.
had a start weight on 20stone bang on.
Only lost 2 pound on first weigh in so was gutted about that. As I followed the diet to the book!

Anyway Im still on the wagon! hoping to lose more this week!

Hiya

ME AGAIN! I was just looking at your blog....i tend to have to drink more water during TOTM and when I first started CD I went for 15 days without losing even 1lb. It was TOTM and that seemed to explain it!

I noticed that on your blog, so just wanted to say that could be a possible reason? I think lots of us have had a similar problem.

Please dont give up...i didnt and i lost a lot on that 3rd week.

All will be revealed on mondays weigh in I suppose. Hoping for at least 5 pound.
