Measurements - Well Worth Doing!

    After all my whinging and moaning about not losing on the scales I have just checked back to my measurements that I did in January and compared them to the ones I took in June - so the results over 6 months?

    loss of 1 inch chest
    loss of 3 inches waist
    loss of 2 inches hips
    loss of 1.5 inches thighs

    So not so bad afterall! :talk017::talk017:

    I've been doing my measurements too. It's sometimes all that keeps me going if my loss is slow.

    I've lost:

    3" off bust
    4.5" off waist
    3.5" off belly
    3.5" off hips
    1.5" off upper arms

    i was going to do my measurements tomorrow after my weigh in, and compare them to start, hoping to get my stone and half sticker, whicvh will mean I am half way there....

    It's never too late to do the measurements - get a tape measure out now while you think about it!

    Here is the measurements difference from when I first started SW:

    Chest - 4 inches
    Waist - 4.5 inches
    Hips - 3 inches

    Also I forgot to mention above that i have maintained roughly the same weight for the last six months but the tape measure shows a difference!

    Great job ladies! I've not done my measurements - only my waist as I hear that's the 'important' one!
